2024 Mentor Program - Applications now open

ISAPN is currently accepting applications for 2024 Cohort of the ISAPN Mentor Program!

The program involves a monthly topic and a schedule that is truly flexible to meet the needs of the Mentor and the Mentee.

We are seeking students in their final year of study and new APRNs and APRNs interested in guiding the next generation.

A Mentor’s role rests in the ability to create a safe place for the Mentee to be able to expose his or her vulnerability and to be supported into confidence-building and growth-supporting situations (Baker, 2006).

The ISAPN Mentor Program is a 10-month long program (Apr 2024 to Feb 2025) designed to assist the Mentee with any issues they may be experiencing as well as discuss monthly topics such as professional roles and evidence-based practice.
